Job Summary: Support the analysis and management of commercial information, preparation of reports, monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs), and coordination of sample shipments, providing customer support and service. Advanced English level (written and verbal communication) Responsibilities: • Analyze and manage commercial information using tools such as Excel. • Prepare reports and monitor key area indicators (KPIs). • Support the preparation of commercial documents (proformas, quotations, etc.). • Coordinate sample shipments to customers and track them. • Manage and update information in the CRM. • Provide support for customer service and follow-up. • Support commercial analysis processes and decision-making.
