Brand development and achievement of commercial indicators A leading company in the commercial and distribution sector is looking for a dynamic, proactive Commercial Developer with a motorcycle and a strong focus on digital tools to join its team. If you have street sales experience (TAT), are passionate about customer interaction, and are comfortable using mobile applications, this opportunity is for you! What will be your purpose in this role? Develop each of the company's brands, considering the channel’s digital role, and achieve assigned commercial indicators. Main Responsibilities and Functions Route Management: Conduct in-person visits to 100% of clients within the assigned territory and perform daily visit planning. Digital Transformation: Train, support, and develop clients in the use, registration, and self-management of orders via digital applications (Surtiapp / Trade Go). Commercial Compliance: Ensure achievement of sales targets, digital coverage, and proper handling of promotional displays at points of sale. Customer Retention and Follow-up: Maintain direct contact with clients to confirm order deliveries, track delivery statuses, provide quotations, and address issues. Information Control: Verify and update client data in the system, ensuring accurate geolocation-based registration of their coordinates. Required Profile Education: High school graduate. Experience: Minimum 6 months of shop-to-shop (TAT) sales experience or street-level commercial roles. Specific Knowledge: Basic Excel proficiency, commercial relationships, and performance indicators. Familiarity and fluency in digital platforms and communication tools (WhatsApp, phone calls). Work Conditions and Benefits Base Salary: Current Legal Monthly Minimum Wage (SMLV). Statutory Allowances: Current statutory transportation allowance. Extra-Statutory Allowance: Mobility allowance of $350,000. Commissions: Starting from $720,000 (based on achievement of commercial objectives). Social Security: Full statutory enrollment and contributions (Health, Pension, Occupational Risk Insurance, and Compensation Fund). Working Hours: Monday to Saturday.
