The primary purpose is to design talent attraction strategies, lead end-to-end selection processes, and connect ideal candidates with company leaders, efficiently filling vacancies while ensuring talent quality and cultural fit. Main Responsibilities: Strategy: Design and implement short- and long-term hiring and talent attraction plans. Profile Management: Collaborate with department leaders to gather and analyze job requirements. End-to-End Cycle: Post job openings, conduct headhunting, screen resumes, administer assessments, and lead interviews. Candidate Management: Coordinate interview schedules and maintain consistent communication with applicants. Metrics: Monitor recruitment KPIs. Profile and Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in selection processes; experience leading recruitment teams or projects, or managing Assessment Center processes, is preferred.
