Professional growth opportunities Call Center Assistant Job Profile You will become Coomeva’s growth engine, attracting new members and retaining existing ones through persuasive, approachable, and portfolio-value-focused commercial strategies—your performance reflected in highly competitive commissions ranging from $1,000,000 to $3,000,000. Requirements Minimum experience: 1 year in related areas, preferably in call centers Academic level: High school diploma or higher Key skills: Clear and assertive communication. Customer handling and needs resolution. Teamwork and positive attitude. Passion for service and customer care. · Schedules Monday to Friday: 7:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Two Saturdays per month: 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. Work modality: In-person. · Employment Conditions Base salary: $1,750,905. Commission potential between $150,000 and $2,000,000. Contract type: Fixed-term labor contract with renewal possibility. · Benefits Celebration of special occasions.
