Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages orders, transportation, and freight optimization. 2. Controls inventory, ensuring traceability and accuracy. 3. Coordinates logistical and administrative operations of the distribution center. Plans, coordinates, and controls distribution center operations, guaranteeing inventory accuracy, efficient dispatch consolidation, freight optimization, and on-time and complete order delivery (OTIF), ensuring traceability and compliance with internal procedures. Order and Transportation Management Consolidation of cargo per logistics provider. Negotiation and validation of transportation rates. Monitoring of delivery timelines and pending orders. Freight optimization and cost control. Preparation, Dispatch, and Invoicing Generation of picking and invoicing orders. Document control (PDC, confirmations, supporting documents, electronic invoicing). Ensuring traceability and accuracy for each dispatch. Inventory Management Execution of general and cycle inventories. Analysis of discrepancies and preparation of reports. Storage control under quality standards. Monitoring of inventory accuracy indicator. Administrative Management and Returns Management of credit notes for returns or exceptions. Validation of supporting documents and accounting control. Monitoring of return indicators. Required Profile Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or Logistics. Experience: Minimum 4 years in: Inventory management and control. Transportation coordination and freight negotiation. Warehouse administration. Invoicing and logistics documentation.
