Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Assistant (Painter) in Cali to perform painting tasks, surface preparation, inspection, and general facility maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. The employment management and placement agency Comfandi, in partnership with a major company, requires a Maintenance Assistant (Painter) for the city of Cali. Main Responsibilities: - Painting tasks: Perform painting and touch-up work in rooms, hallways, lounges, common areas, and external zones of the hotel. - Surface preparation: Prepare walls and ceilings through sanding, patching, cleaning, and application of primers or sealers prior to painting. - Inspection and reporting: Identify and report structural damage, moisture issues, cracks, or deterioration in facilities. - General maintenance: Support facility maintenance, minor infrastructure repairs, installations, and adaptations as required by operations. - Resource care: Ensure proper use, preservation, and cleaning of painting tools, equipment, and materials. - Safety and order: Maintain order in work areas and strictly comply with occupational safety and health regulations. Requirements: - Academic qualification: High school diploma. - Experience: Minimum one (1) month to six (6) months in painting or facility maintenance. Working Conditions: - Salary: $1,750,905 + statutory social benefits. - Contract type: Project-based or task-based. - Work schedule: Monday to Sunday with rotating shifts (including respective rest day).
