Optimize technical and material resources in printing The COMFANDI Employment Management and Placement Agency, in partnership with a major manufacturing and garment company, is looking for a strategic leader with strong technical knowledge and leadership ability for the position of Textile Printing Supervisor in Cali. Job Objective: Plan, direct, and supervise the production process in the printing department, ensuring maximum performance of assigned personnel, daily compliance with the production schedule, and optimization of technical and material resources in manual and automatic printing machines, while guaranteeing textile product quality standards. Responsibilities and Functions: Lead and coordinate the work team (textile printers, printing assistants, colorist, and warehouse assistants), ensuring proper execution of their duties and an efficient working environment. Review, verify, and inspect daily compliance with scheduling (designs, positives, physical samples, inks, and operator assignments) on each manual and automatic printing machine. Equitably assign and allocate Work Orders (WO) to operators and assistants to ensure continuous workflow and uninterrupted operation on production lines. Define and coordinate with the colorist appropriate formulas, inks, and supplies required for each order, minimizing waste and ensuring design fidelity. Profile Requirements: Academic Qualification: Graduate Technician or Technologist in Industrial Production, Textile Screen Printing, Textile Design, or related fields. Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of solid, verifiable, and certifiable experience leading high-volume textile printing plants or workshops. Technical Competencies: In-depth knowledge of operating automatic and manual printing machines, screen printing techniques, color separation (positives), ink preparation (plastisols, water-based, corrosion), and textile quality control. Vacancy Conditions: Salary: Range between $4,000,000 and $4,500,000 (based on profile, experience, and demonstrated competencies). Contract Type: Fixed-term contract. Location: Cali, Valle del Cauca.
