Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Operator with Height Work Certification to perform facility and structural maintenance tasks, as well as general cleaning, ensuring the proper condition of facilities. Opportunity at ARIOS COLOMBIA S.A.S: We are currently seeking a Maintenance Operator with Height Work Certification responsible for performing facility and structural maintenance tasks, as well as general cleaning activities, ensuring the proper condition and functionality of facilities. Main Responsibilities: Perform preventive and corrective infrastructure maintenance (painting, patching, tiling, basic plumbing, basic electrical work, local repairs). Carry out physical structure maintenance tasks (walls, roofs, doors, windows, floors). Provide support for basic hydraulic and electrical network work. Perform general cleaning tasks in common, operational, and administrative areas. Proper handling of manual and electric tools. Report damages or anomalies detected in facilities. Comply with occupational safety and health regulations. Requirements: Minimum one year of experience in this role, performing facility maintenance, plumbing, gardening, cleaning and disinfection, electrical work, and proper handling of chemical supplies, among others. High school diploma or certification of studies up to 5th grade of elementary school. Working hours: Monday to Saturday.
