




Job Summary: We are seeking a Billing Assistant with experience in systems and electronic invoicing to manage orders, reports, and customer creation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive management of electronic invoicing and orders. 2. Proficiency in software such as Siesa (CGUNO), Siigo, and intermediate-level Excel. 3. Order organization and reporting, and handling of order-related issues. A Billing Assistant with technical or technological training in systems or related fields, and a minimum of one (1) year of experience in similar roles, is required. Must be proficient in software such as Siesa (CGUNO) and/or Siigo, possess knowledge of electronic invoicing, and have intermediate-level Excel skills. Responsibilities: Perform electronic invoicing for orders. Download orders from various customer platforms. Process order returns. Organize orders by sales groups. Prepare and send daily billing reports. Report non-invoiced products. Notify about order-related issues. Package reconciliations. Synchronize sales representatives. Create customers. Verify invoices (signature, stamp, and date).
