Data analysis and continuous improvement A prominent company in the footwear manufacturing and distribution sector is seeking an eCommerce Analyst responsible for managing and optimizing online sales operations, ensuring an excellent customer experience and achievement of commercial KPIs. Management of eCommerce platforms and marketplaces (e.g., Dafiti, Mercado Libre, among others) Order tracking and management, returns, and reverse logistics Digital channel customer service Analysis of KPIs (sales, conversion rate, average order value, returns) Optimization of shopping experience (UX and content) Support for online sales growth strategies Management of digital payment methods and financing (e.g., Addi) Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in eCommerce or marketplaces Proficiency with platforms such as Shopify, VTEX, Magento, or similar Knowledge of digital customer service Experience handling returns Focus on data analysis and continuous improvement Monday to Thursday: 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. -Requirements- Minimum education: University degree / Technical program 1 year of experience Skills: Marketing, eCommerce, Microsoft Excel, Online Sales Keywords: analyst
