You will manage debt recovery processes including preventive, pre-legal, and written-off collections; as well as collections and cash collection activities for various entities. Strong negotiation skills, assertive communication, expressive fluency, and a service-oriented mindset are essential. Familiarity with basic concepts such as written-off debt, salary garnishments, etc., is required. Responsibilities: Execute collections and cash collection processes via telephone or virtual contact to monitor and control customer payments, enabling continuous cash flow for the company while ensuring customer loyalty and satisfaction.
