Required Experience Minimum 1–3 years of experience in administration, support, or implementation of: SAP Business One BEAS Manufacturing or pharmaceutical production floor control Warehouse Management System (WMS) Payroll systems System interfaces and integrations SQL database management Experience in: Functional and technical support Module configuration API integrations Data migration and synchronization Support for internal users Desirable certifications in: SAP Business One BEAS Manufacturing or pharmaceutical production floor control Warehouse Management System (WMS) SQL Server databases ERP integrations Payroll systems Essential Technical Knowledge SAP Business One BEAS Manufacturing or pharmaceutical production floor control Warehouse Management System (WMS) SQL database management Payroll systems ERP platform integrations Interfaces with accounting, inventory, and production systems SQL reporting and querying User and permission administration Backup and data recovery Basic infrastructure support Desirable Knowledge LIMSCOL (or related internal software) Process automation Key responsibilities include: Administering and providing support for SAP Business One and other associated systems. Ensuring proper functioning of interfaces among SAP, BEAS, Payroll, LIMSCOL, and other corporate applications. Performing configurations and functional adjustments. Handling technical and functional incidents. Executing preventive and corrective maintenance. Monitoring data integrity and synchronization. Developing SQL queries and reports. Participating in technological improvement and automation projects. Coordinating with technology vendors and support providers regarding SAP/ERP enhancements, developments, and solutions. Participating in implementation, integration, upgrade, and continuous improvement projects for SAP modules and technological tools. Training and supporting users in the proper use of ERP tools and associated procedures. Documenting procedures, manuals, and controls related to ERP system operation. Conducting functional testing and validation of system changes or developments prior to operational release. Identifying opportunities for process automation and improvement through technological tools.
