Identify energy efficiency opportunities At HMCL Colombia, we are seeking a Reliability Engineer responsible for implementing and systematizing reliability engineering techniques to eliminate failures in machinery and infrastructure, thereby ensuring operational efficiency to support the smooth flow of production processes. Applicants must hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related fields. Minimum 3 years of experience in Maintenance and/or Projects within INDUSTRIAL plants. Knowledge of electromechanical equipment maintenance, hydraulics, and pneumatics is required. Intermediate English proficiency is required. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related fields. Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance and reliability. Experience with RCM, RCA, and failure analysis. Proficiency in KPIs: MTBF, MTTR, OEE. Key Responsibilities: - Design and optimize maintenance plans (PM/PdM) - Analyze failures and lead RCA - Monitor KPIs: MTBF, MTTR, OEE - Ensure reliability of utilities (power, air, steam, HVAC) - Identify energy efficiency opportunities - Lead continuous improvement initiatives - Develop dashboards and technical reports - Conduct, analyze, and formulate action plans resulting from Root Cause Analysis of repetitive equipment and infrastructure failures, or first-time failures in high-criticality equipment. · Assembly plant in Villa Rica.
