Active Breaks with Theatrical Characters, Cali

Description

At Deas con Arte, active breaks become scenic experiences that go beyond physical movement. We integrate theater, humor, and storytelling to intervene in the workplace environment through emotion, connecting collaborators with key messages such as self-care, energy at work, and organizational culture. Each intervention is designed as a short play that breaks routine, activates the body, and awakens the mind—generating not only immediate well-being but also long-term recall. We don’t conduct breaks just to check a box: we create meaningful moments that mobilize thoughts, attitudes, and ways of relating within the company.
