Coordination with internal and external technicians A leading printing equipment outsourcing company requires an Administrative and Operational Assistant in Cali for printer maintenance, ensuring proper service scheduling, customer support, and technical process control. **Main Responsibilities** * Respond to customers via email, WhatsApp, and telephone calls. * Schedule and coordinate technical services. * Daily follow-up on technicians, services, and spare parts. * Create, modify, and close service orders. * Request, manage, and track spare parts and inventory. * Support in equipment installation, replacement, and configuration. * Prepare monthly reports for technicians and customers. * Manage schedules (preventive maintenance, equipment replacement, and configurations). * Coordinate with internal and external technicians. * Manage billing accounts and purchase orders. * Document control (signatures, manuals, reports). * Operate internal platforms and systems. * Other duties as assigned within the department. **Requirements** * Technical or technological degree in administrative, systems, or related fields. * Knowledge of systems and digital tools. * Proficiency in Excel, Word, and email. * Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative or technical support roles. * Strong communication, organizational, and follow-up skills.
