A civil construction industry company requires a Multifunctional Operator for its operational team, with a minimum of 4 years’ experience in this role within the sector. Requirements and 4 Years’ Experience in: Mandatory: Competencies certified by Grumas. Pajarita, mini-loader, vibro-compactor. Responsibilities: \- Operate assigned machines and/or equipment properly and apply good practices for their use. \- Strictly comply with established safety, accident prevention, and other relevant regulations; stay updated on regulatory changes. \- Keep assigned equipment organized and clean. \- Keep workplace organized and clean according to safety instructions and company standards. \- Be available to carry out equipment and machinery movements as requested by the immediate supervisor. \- Ensure optimal conditions of equipment for proper operation. \- Prevent external personnel from handling assigned equipment. \- Report to the immediate supervisor any unauthorized movement outside the workplace. \- Use assigned personal protective equipment for crane operation. \- Ensure all equipment follows safety procedures during operations. \- Report any damage or anomaly in machinery to the immediate supervisor using the designated form. \- Perform all duties assigned by the immediate supervisor inherent to the position. Salary: $ 3\.205\.000 Direct contract with the company. Reside in the Palmira area; the company is located in Palmira via Rozo. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM; Saturdays, 7:30 AM to 11:30 AM.
