Manage production, storage, and dispatch control A company dedicated to logistics operations and pallet manufacturing requires a **PRODUCTION MANAGER** for its team, with experience in inventory control, personnel coordination, and production process coordination. **Requirements** * Technical, technological, or professional education in **Logistics, Business Management, Production, or related fields**. * Minimum of **2 years** of experience in production coordination roles. * Personnel management skills. * Knowledge of inventory control, records, and operational forms. * Leadership, organizational, and planning skills. **Main Responsibilities** * Plan, coordinate, and supervise warehouse and team activities, ensuring the proper functioning of the pallet production process. * Control pallet production, receipt, storage, and dispatch. * Administer and maintain updated warehouse intake and output records. * Complete and safeguard inventory intake and output forms. * Consolidate orders according to customer requirements. * Conduct ongoing physical and documentary inventory control. * Timely request procurement of supplies, materials, and resources required for operations. * Ensure compliance with internal procedures and proper use of resources. * Lead and coordinate assigned personnel, ensuring efficiency and achievement of objectives.
