HSE Resident (Construction Projects)

Position Summary: We are seeking an HSE Resident Technician with construction experience to ensure consistent application of preventive HSE policies and compliance with requirements in projects. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the implementation of preventive HSE best practices in projects. 2. Design, implement, and monitor the project's HSE Plan. 3. Document procedures and ensure compliance with HSE requirements. A civil construction industry company requires an HSE Resident Technician for its operational work team. Requirements and Experience: Minimum 1.5 years of experience, including a 50-hour course and coordinator-level experience in height-related work—both must be valid. Experience must be with construction companies. Analytical ability and report preparation skills. Responsibilities: \- Secure HSE commitment from middle management and Project Management. \- Ensure consistent application of preventive HSE policies during project execution. \- Work toward achieving the project’s HSE objectives and targets aligned with those of the organization. \- Ensure implementation of preventive best practices by all project personnel. \- Conduct HSE inductions and re-inductions for all project personnel. \- Design, implement, monitor, and track the project's HSE Plan. \- Document procedures, protocols, instructions, and other required documents requested by the client. (All documentation created must comply with the organization’s document development and control procedure.) \- Ensure compliance with HSE entry requirements for projects and guarantee that all personnel, machinery, and visitors clearly understand HSE entry requirements for projects. (This procedure must align with requirements established by the client or project supervision.) \- Process work permits and document Safe Job Analyses (SJAs) for all activities carried out on the project. \- Timely requisition personal protective equipment (PPE) and other HSE supplies required for the project, based on the number of personnel assigned to the project. Salary: $ 2\.400\.000 Direct contract with the company.
