Manage quality indicators and continuous improvement plans. **VACANCY: QUALITY COORDINATOR \- FOOD ENGINEER** We are a Cali-based company dedicated to manufacturing nutraceutical and functional food products under a contract manufacturing model. We are looking for a **Food Engineer** with leadership ability, strategic vision, and solid experience in **quality management in production plants**, ensuring compliance with regulations, food safety standards, and continuous improvement processes. **RESPONSIBILITIES**: * Lead the food safety and quality management system. * Supervise and validate production, cleaning, GMP, SSOP, HACCP, and other processes. * Control and update quality system documentation. * Ensure compliance with sanitary regulations, including INVIMA, ISO, and others. * Coordinate internal and external audits. * Manage quality indicators and improvement plans. * Train operational staff on quality and food safety topics. * Investigate, record, and track non-conformities and corrective actions. **REQUIREMENTS**: * Bachelor's degree in Food Engineering. * Minimum 3 years of experience leading quality processes in production plants. * Solid knowledge of GMP, HACCP, SSOP, INVIMA regulations, and technical documentation management. * Proficiency in office software and quality management systems. * Leadership, communication, planning, and decision-making skills. **WE OFFER:** * Indefinite-term employment contract * Salary range: $2\.000\.000 to $3\.000\.000 \+ transportation allowance \+ quarterly performance bonuses * Quarterly KPI-based performance bonuses. * Working hours: Monday to Friday **Apply by sending your resume to: talentohumano@laboratoriosgyb.co** Employment type: Full-time
