JOB DESCRIPTION
At EOSOL GROUP, we are seeking an Electrical Maintenance Technician responsible for ensuring the reliability, availability, and efficiency of the electrical systems at our combined-cycle thermal power generation plant through preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities, in compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
**Requirements:**
* Technical or technological degree in Industrial Electricity, Electromechanics, or related fields.
* Experience in electrical maintenance at power generation plants.
* Mandatory experience in combined-cycle power plants.
* Experience in maintenance of: Electric generators, power transformers, electrical substations, medium- and high-voltage motors.
* Experience in operation and maintenance at combined-cycle power plants (gas and steam turbines).
* Electrical regulations (RETIE or equivalent), electrical protection systems, and electrical measurement instruments.
* Basic knowledge of control systems (PLC / DCS).
* Valid certification for working at heights.
**Responsibilities:**
* Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on plant electrical equipment.
* Diagnose faults in electrical generation, distribution, and control systems.
* Service equipment such as generators, transformers, electric motors, and auxiliary systems.
* Conduct electrical tests (megger, insulation resistance, functional tests).
* Support plant operations during scheduled and unscheduled shutdowns.
* Interpret electrical drawings, single-line diagrams, and control schematics.
* Ensure compliance with industrial safety procedures and lockout\-tagout (LOTO).
* Record maintenance activities in computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
* Coordinate with other disciplines (mechanical, instrumentation and control) to resolve failures.
* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and root cause analysis (RCA).
**Project Duration:** 10 months, with potential extension of employment relationship.
