This role is critical to ensuring the efficient operation of technological systems and information security within the organization. **Key Responsibilities:** * Support the organization and management of IT department processes, contributing to defining standards and working methodologies. * Participate in the administration of technological infrastructure, including servers, firewalls, cloud services (GCP, Azure), and Active Directory via Azure Entra ID, ensuring high availability and security of critical services. * Collaborate in the ISO 27001 certification process, facilitating the implementation of technical and governance controls aligned with regulatory requirements. * Monitor and manage key platforms and systems such as Google Workspace, support tools (Freshdesk), cybersecurity solutions (EDR, XDR, DLP), and web control tools (Proxy). * Manage user licenses and permissions, ensuring expiration control and enhancements. * Implement internal improvements and tools to optimize organizational technology in accordance with corporate policies. * Prepare and deliver periodic reports as required by the role. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields. * Minimum of 3 years’ experience in roles related to IT infrastructure and cloud service administration. * Experience with Active Directory (Azure Entra ID) and ISO 27001 certification processes. * Knowledge of Google Workspace and support platform administration. * Practical experience with cybersecurity tools and platforms (EDR, XDR, DLP). * Certifications such as ITIL, CompTIA, Microsoft, ISO 27001, or similar will be valued. * Skills in organization, teamwork, and technical documentation.
