The ideal candidate masters Copado, version control strategies, and CI/CD pipelines, ensuring quality, governance, and stability for every release—without performing direct software development. This is an exceptional opportunity to establish yourself as a reference in technical governance and high-level deployments. ### **Responsibilities** * Administer and optimize the Salesforce development lifecycle (DevOps) using Copado. * Design and implement continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines across different environments. * Manage version control, branching strategies, and conflict resolution in Git. * Coordinate and execute automated deployments from Sandboxes to Production with full traceability. * Administer the Salesforce configuration baseline, ensuring proper metadata and environment governance. * Collaborate closely with the Project Manager and Configuration Management lead to facilitate releases. * Ensure adherence to best practices for change management and support automated testing. ### **Requirements** * **Education:** Graduate in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. * **Experience:** Demonstrable experience of at least 3 years administering Salesforce environments, coordinating releases via Copado, managing Git repositories, and optimizing deployment workflows in technology projects. ### **Technical Knowledge** * Copado as the DevOps platform for Salesforce. * CI/CD (Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery) processes. * Administration of Salesforce environments (Sandboxes and Production). * Git proficiency and branching strategies (e.g., Git Flow or similar). * Deployment automation, commit management, promotions, and pipeline orchestration. * Automated testing, change validation, and version conflict resolution. * Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban) and application lifecycle management (ALM). * Understanding of Salesforce objects, metadata, and development lifecycle. * Desirable knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and configuration to assess deployment impact. ### **APPLY NOW and become part of this story!** **Conditions** --------------- * You may be located in any LATAM country. * **Indefinite-term contract or Contractor role** — We aim for long-term relationships and want you to be part of our family for many years! * **Seeking professional growth?** At Sofka, we offer a **learning ecosystem** with multiple tools to bridge skill gaps and enhance your capabilities.
