**The Role**
We are hiring a **Profitability Operations Coordinator** to run the backend execution of our profitability analysis workflow. Once a client\-facing team member identifies savings opportunities, you will own the next steps: coordinating with partners, managing follow\-ups, and ensuring clean, organized outputs are delivered to the internal team.
This is primarily a backend role; you will not be responsible for selling to clients, but you will communicate frequently with internal team members and external partners to keep work moving.
**What You’ll Be Doing**
* **Workflow Execution:** Take completed profitability findings and prepare structured requests for partners regarding payroll, insurance, and other vendors.
* **Communication \& Follow\-Ups:** Communicate with partners via email and Slack to request quotes and timelines, proactively following up to prevent delays.
* **Internal Coordination:** Organize partner responses into clean summaries and ensure all materials are complete, accurate, and ready for client delivery.
* **Process Improvement:** Maintain checklists for each account and identify bottlenecks to help refine templates and workflows.
**Requirements**
* **Experience:** 2\+ years in operations, sales support, account coordination, or similar roles.
* **CRM Knowledge:** Required proficiency in a Sales CRM (specifically **HubSpot**, Salesforce, or similar).
* **Language:** Strong written and verbal English skills.
* **Organizational Skills:** Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously.
* **Mindset:** A proactive, "get\-it\-done" attitude with a strong discipline for follow\-ups.
**Nice to Have**
* Background in BPO, SaaS, or professional services.
* Light sales experience or familiarity with sales workflows.
* Exposure to payroll, insurance, or financial services workflows.
