What will be your mission? Strengthen the commercial performance of our women entrepreneurs on the platform by driving their sales through social selling strategies, close follow-up, and continuous mentoring. What will you do daily? Conduct ongoing commercial follow-up with platform-based women entrepreneurs. Manage opportunities and information in the CRM. Execute follow-up and closing sales calls. Lead onboarding processes for new women entrepreneurs. Promote campaigns, promotions, and commercial activations. Send reports, invitations, and relevant information. Motivate, mentor, and train women entrepreneurs to improve their sales performance. Support commercial events and training sessions. Actively contribute to achieving monthly targets.
