We seek a Logistics Process Leader with strategic negotiation skills, a strong sense of urgency, effective prioritization, autonomy, and ownership — someone deeply committed to continuous improvement and optimization of logistics processes. What will be your mission? Lead and optimize the end-to-end logistics closure of shipping labels across Latin America, ensuring data quality, traceability, and massive information updates. Guarantee effective capital recovery through strategic management of claims and indemnifications, strengthening relationships with carriers and ensuring internal customer satisfaction. What will you do daily? Lead the daily, large-scale logistics closure of shipping labels, ensuring data integrity, consistency, and timeliness. Oversee tracking of inactive or inconsistent shipping labels, ensuring prompt resolution. Ensure accurate reconciliation of information between internal platforms and carriers. Lead end-to-end claims processes (theft, loss, damage). Manage documentation and cases until final resolution (credit note / administrative closure). Ensure effective capital recovery while minimizing organizational losses. Manage operational relationships with carriers, ensuring compliance with service-level agreements (SLA). Address internal customer requests with a solution-oriented and strategic approach. Act as escalation point in critical situations. Our ideal candidate: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields. Solid experience in logistics operations, transportation, claims, or insurance. Experience leading regional or multicountry processes (LATAM experience preferred). Knowledge of claims management, indemnifications, and logistics reconciliation. Intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills (ideal: Power Query, Pivot Tables, automation).
