This position is for SUPPLA S.A Role Description Lead, plan, coordinate and supervise the implementation of the Occupational Safety and Health Management System (OSHMS), ensuring compliance with current legal regulations, corporate guidelines and customer requirements. Requirements * Professional in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related fields, with certification and/or specialization in Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) or SHE. * Valid OSH license mandatory. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in managing documentary processes related to occupational safety and health, managing industrial safety certification processes, accident reporting, safety brigades, first aid, drill management, and preparation for certification and recertification audits, as well as labor legislation. Responsibilities * Provide technical support for the development, adjustment and implementation of the Occupational Safety and Health Program (OSHMS). * Know and ensure compliance with Colombian OSH legislation within the company. * Budget and manage resources to guarantee proper OSHMS management. * Design and implement safety, health and environmental inspection programs. * Prepare and disseminate periodic reports on system results, trends and needs. * Advise on the implementation of prevention and epidemiological surveillance programs. * Verify compliance with the OSHMS work plan. * Coordinate activities with contractors to ensure their OSH compliance. * Actively participate in internal and inter-institutional safety committees. * Among others.
