Your mission will be to plan, execute, and lead projects focused on storage optimization, order preparation (picking/packing) process improvement, and operational efficiency enhancement, ensuring technical support and continuous improvement at every stage. Offer Conditions: Salary: COP $3,500,000 per month. Biweekly payment + statutory social benefits Working Hours: Monday–Thursday: 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; Friday: 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. On-site. Contract Type: Fixed-term employment contract, with potential transition to direct employment with the company after a specified period. Company Location: Acopi. Main Responsibilities: Design and Structuring: Execute logistics improvement projects focused on space and order preparation (picking/packing) process optimization. Operational Analysis: Evaluate current workflows, identify bottlenecks, and propose evidence-based technical solutions. Project Management: Lead schedules, resources, and budgets, ensuring timely delivery. Detailed Engineering: Conduct capacity, productivity, and layout design studies. Transformation: Provide technical support for continuous improvement and operational transformation initiatives. Reporting: Document processes, prepare management reports, and present strategic results to management and clients. Requirements and Academic Profile: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Production Engineering, or related fields. Experience: 3–5 years leading logistics projects (specifically in storage optimization and order preparation processes). Technical Knowledge: * Continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen). Logistics data and KPI analysis. Digital Tools: Advanced Excel and Power BI. MS Project or similar planning tools. AutoCAD proficiency (highly desirable).
