Responsibilities Operational Management: Supervise and coordinate the proper execution of services at assigned sites. Customer Service: Serve as the direct operational liaison, conduct follow-up visits, and manage client requests. Administrative Management: Maintain performance indicators, analyze risks, investigate incidents, and ensure equipment maintenance and documentation. Training and Leadership: Train staff, coordinate operational meetings, and ensure the development of operational personnel. Reporting: Prepare management reports and communicate incidents to internal departments and operational management. Requirements: Academic Level: University degree in administrative fields. Experience: 2 years coordinating multi-contract operational activities in private security. Knowledge of security regulations and protocols. Ability to work under pressure and solve problems. Leadership and effective communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Personal transportation. Salary: Base Salary: $3,504,000. Ramp-up Allowance: $657,000.
