Responsibilities: Supply suitable personnel to client companies according to job requirements and position profiles to achieve GECC objectives; ensure candidate recruitment according to the required profile by implementing all strategies to build a database that meets client companies' needs; support the design and development of Assessment Center processes and other evaluation methodologies, among others. Academic Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Psychology. Experience: At least 2 years of experience in selection and hiring processes within large companies. Salary: $3.547.287 + Statutory Benefits.
