**Construction Assistant** **Location:** Yumbo, Valle del Cauca **Experience:** Minimum 1 year in civil and/or electrical construction **Job Description** We are seeking a responsible, proactive Construction Assistant with proven experience in civil construction and/or electrical activities. The selected candidate will provide operational field support, ensuring assigned tasks are completed to standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. **Key Responsibilities** * Assist in civil construction activities, including excavation, demolition, mixing, cutting, assembly, and material transportation. * Support basic electrical work under supervision, including cable laying, conduit installation, material preparation, and technical team assistance. * Handle, organize, and maintain assigned tools and equipment. * Follow instructions from the site foreman or supervisor. * Ensure order, cleanliness, and proper waste disposal at the worksite. * Comply with safety regulations and correctly use personal protective equipment (PPE). **Requirements** * High school diploma. * Minimum 1 year of verifiable experience in civil and/or electrical construction. * Immediate availability to work in Yumbo, Valle del Cauca. * Basic knowledge of manual and power tool operation.
