The Assistant Team Lead will support the Team Lead in various administrative and leadership tasks, ensuring efficient team operations and high\-quality client services. You will play a key role in supporting different aspects of operations including helping our clients and managing teams. **Responsibilities:** * Take patient calls and help patients to e.g., schedule appointments, navigate intake, etc. * Provide accurate, satisfactory answers to patients’ queries and concerns * De\-escalate situations involving dissatisfied patients, offering patient assistance and support * Contact patients to inform them about available test results or remind them about upcoming events in their care plan (e.g., annual wellness visit) * Guide patients through navigating the practice website and or troubleshooting the member/patient app * Assist the Team Lead in guiding and managing the Members team * Provide recommendations and support for allocating team resources effectively to practices/patients as directed by the Team Lead * Assist in monitoring team goals and performance measures * Participate in evaluating the quality of services provided by the team * Ensure patient satisfaction scores meet required levels * Provide training and support during service migration for new hires, as needed * Offer call support to other team members in the absence of the Team Lead * Update process documentation, as needed * Manage if the Team Lead is not available **Required skills and qualifications:** * Expertise in healthcare (US healthcare sector experience; does not need to be a nurse or doctor) and managing call center operations * Strong communication skills, both written and verbal (candidates must be fluent in English and Spanish, C1 or above preferred) * Expertise with telephony and CRM systems, ideally Salesforce * Ability to motivate and empower others * Excellent conflict resolution and facilitation skills * Strong time management and organizational skills * Adaptability and flexibility * Comfortable working in fast\-paced environments * Excellent troubleshooting skill

This position is part of Cargill’s protein and salt business, through which we provide high-quality, healthy food products to a broad range of customers—from foodservice operators and grocery stores to manufacturers and exporters. **Purpose** ------------- The Operations Planner will help translate the long-term monthly supply plan into a medium-term weekly plan to facilitate short-term material requirements planning and workforce activity planning. We seek a professional to assist in managing multiple product lines or sites with low-to-moderate impact on working capital. In this role, you will ensure alignment between integrated enterprise planning activities and tactical production execution. **Key Responsibilities** ---------------------------- * Update relevant data for master production planning activities, including planning calendars, material data, and location data. * Analyze plant capacity and production request data to resolve manufacturing plans and required resources. * Generate production plans aligned with each plant’s capabilities. * Analyze supply and demand variances within the IBP cycle. * Issue alerts for under- or over-fulfillment of production plans. * Develop feasibility assessments for new SKUs or flexibilities across other plants as needed for business requirements. * Forecast future capacity needs based on product area vision or direction. * Measure production plan reliability (marination mix, cold storage status, and raw material availability for processed products). * Align production plans to meet requirements of key customers such as JM. * Manage inventory policy to achieve associated KPIs. * Independently resolve moderately complex problems with minimal supervision, escalating more complex issues to appropriate personnel. * Perform other assigned duties. #LI-Onsite #LI-VG3 **Qualifications** ------------------ * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. * Minimum of 2–4 years of directly related work experience as an Operations Planner. * Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel. * Experience using SAP. * Experience in operations planning. * Experience in inventory management. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Relevant experience in master production planning, production scheduling, or supply planning
