Job Summary: Retectire SAS is seeking a production operator to support the tire retreading process, operate machinery, inspect quality, and maintain order in the plant, ensuring efficiency, safety, and sustainability. Main Responsibilities \* Support the tire retreading process (buffing, repair, building, and vulcanizing). \* Operation of production area machinery and tools. \* Inspection of tires to verify condition and quality. \* Compliance with industrial safety and quality standards. \* Assistance with loading, unloading, and organization of the work area. \* Maintenance of order and cleanliness in the plant. Requirements \* High school diploma (preferred). \* Minimum 6 months of experience in production, manufacturing, or operational roles. \* Experience in tires, mechanics, or the industrial sector is preferred. \* Positive attitude, responsibility, and teamwork skills. \* Availability to work shifts.
