An important company in the floriculture sector is looking for a high school graduate with knowledge in welding, to support the welder in the preparation, execution, and completion of welding jobs, primarily on metal structures used in greenhouses, warehouses, cultivation tables, and other facilities specific to the floriculture industry. **FUNCTIONS:** * Assist in preparing materials and tools for welding tasks. * Perform cutting, cleaning, and sanding of metal parts. * Transport materials and equipment within the work area. * Assist the welder during repair or installation work. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. * Comply with industrial safety regulations and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE). **REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum secondary basic education. * Previous experience in maintenance or welding tasks. * Basic knowledge of manual and electric tools. * Ability to work outdoors and in cultivation environments. * Proactive attitude and willingness to learn. **BENEFITS:** * Transportation service and cafeteria. * Continuous training. * Good working environment.
