We are looking for someone who is passionate about automation, takes initiative, and is committed to ongoing improvement. **Responsibilities** * Work with the test manager and product owners to shape and refine test strategies for new features * Review requirements, acceptance criteria, and technical documentation to develop clear and effective test scenarios and scripts * Design, build, and execute automated tests for both functional and non\-functional aspects of the software * Apply comprehensive API testing methods to ensure endpoints are accurate, secure, and reliable * Create and manage component\-level test suites with mocks and contracts to verify module behavior both independently and within the system * Organize and carry out performance and load tests to evaluate system scalability and responsiveness * Record and report defects with detailed reproduction steps, logs, and supporting evidence * Collaborate with developers, DevOps, and engineering teams to prepare for and validate upcoming changes * Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks to improve efficiency, coverage, and repeatability, focusing on API, component, performance, and reliability testing * Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines, setting up quality gates for coverage and metrics * Communicate with developers, product owners, designers, and stakeholders to clarify requirements, review designs, and confirm implementations * Keep test artifacts organized and traceable in tools like Xray, Jira, Confluence, and Git, ensuring alignment with requirements and acceptance criteria * Proactively identify risks, escalate critical testing concerns, and recommend mitigation strategies to ensure timely, high\-quality releases * Participate in Agile ceremonies including daily stand\-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog refinement **Requirements** * At least 2 years of experience in automation testing roles * Proficiency in JavaScript for building and maintaining automated test scripts * Experience with performance testing to evaluate system responsiveness and stability * Hands\-on experience with Playwright for browser automation and end\-to\-end testing * Ability to develop and document comprehensive test cases * Familiarity with TypeScript for typed JavaScript testing environments * Experience with web service and API testing to ensure backend reliability * Fluent English skills (written and spoken) at a B2\+ level or higher **Nice to have** * Experience with Amazon Web Services for cloud\-based testing scenarios * Familiarity with contract testing tools for API compatibility checks * Understanding of Docker for managing containerized test environments * Background in functional testing for validating software features * Experience using Github Copilot to enhance productivity and code quality * Skills in Grafana and Grafana k6 for monitoring and performance analysis * Proficiency with mocking and stubbing tools like WireMock for simulating dependencies * Experience with Node.js for backend automation testing * Familiarity with the Xray plug\-in for JIRA for test management and traceability
