




Job Description **Role:** * On-Site Support Technician (Professional Registration with COPNIA) **Requirements:** * **Education:** Technician in Systems, Electronics, Telecommunications, or related fields (as per SNIES). * **(Mandatory and compulsory to hold work certifications specifying functions).** **Work Experience:** * Minimum three (3) years since issuance of professional registration with COPNIA or equivalent entity. * **Provide services for the implementation and operation of a nationwide Service Desk, addressing technical, operational, and support requirements.** * **At least one (1) year of experience in Technical Support within rotating shifts or extended-hour coverage.** **Number of Vacancies:** 1 **Mandatory Certifications:** * **40 hours in office productivity tools.** * **16 hours in customer service and assertive communication.** * **Training in ITIL v3, ITIL v4, or IT service management methodologies.** **Working Conditions:** * Work Location: Bogotá. * Work Modality: On-site. * Contract Type: Project-based employment. * Salary: To be determined. **We are a telecommunications engineering company committed to operational excellence, technological innovation, and customer service.
