Job Opportunity: SST Advisor – Medellín At **METD CONSULTORES S.A.S.**, a leading consultancy firm in Occupational Health and Safety, we are seeking a **Technologist or Professional in SST** to join our team in Medellín. About the Role The selected candidate will be responsible for **advising and supporting multiple companies in the implementation, management, and improvement of their SST systems**, contributing to regulatory compliance and the creation of safe and healthy work environments. Responsibilities * Advise and support companies in compliance with the **SG\-SST**. * Design and deliver clear, inclusive, and dynamic SST training sessions. * Implement and monitor **Decreto 1072 of 2015** and the **Strategic Road Safety Plan (PESV)**. * Support audits, inspections, and risk prevention programs. * Simultaneously manage requirements from different client companies. * Promote a culture of self-care and prevention in workplaces. Requirements * Technologist or Professional in Occupational Health and Safety. * Proven experience in **designing, implementing, and maintaining SG\-SST in companies across various sectors**. * Solid knowledge of **Decreto 1072 of 2015** and **PESV**. * Advanced proficiency in digital tools: **Excel, Word, Power BI, Canva, Artificial Intelligence, Google Drive, and cloud-based solutions**. * Strong communication and training skills. * Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal abilities. * Organizational and management skills in multi-client environments. * **Willingness to travel within and outside the city.** * ⚠ **Important**: Do not apply if your only experience is in the construction sector.
