We are seeking a **Civil Engineering professional** with **a minimum of three (3\) years of certified experience** in construction, preferably in **infrastructure or service station projects**. **Requirements and technical competencies:** * Proven experience in **site operation management, personnel supervision, and contractor oversight**. * **Valid certification in safe work at heights.** * Knowledge and application of **civil technical standards**, **construction standards**, and **on-site quality protocols**. * Ability to **interpret civil drawings**, **technical specifications and standards**, as well as **conduct and verify concrete and granular material tests**. * Proficiency in technological tools: **Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, and Office suite** * **Technical English proficiency** for interpreting construction documentation. **Personal competencies:** * Planning and organization. * Achievement orientation and goal accomplishment. * Assertive communication and teamwork. * Leadership and results-driven mindset. **Working conditions:** * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and Saturdays from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. * **Salary:** Between **$2\.800\.000 and $3\.100\.000**, depending on the candidate's experience and competencies * **Work location:** Municipality of **Madrid (Cundinamarca)** or nearby areas (residence in the area is essential).
