Job-related responsibilities: Supervise all activities in the electrostatic painting area, ensuring compliance with established quality, safety, and efficiency standards. Perform electrostatic painting applications on various parts according to the work order specifications. Verify that painted parts meet the required technical and aesthetic criteria, identifying and correcting process deviations. Provide continuous training to operators on painting techniques, equipment usage, and best practices, promoting continuous process improvement. Working hours: Monday from 7:00 am to 5:15 pm, and Tuesday through Friday from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm. It is important to reside in areas such as Facatativá, Madrid, Bojacá, or nearby locations.
