Skill in sanding, painting, and structural maintenance **PLANT ASSISTANTS (MODULAR CONTAINERS) \- RENTAINER** A modular infrastructure company requires operational staff with experience or aptitude in **metal-mechanical work and construction** for container production and preparation. **JOB REQUIREMENTS:** * **Experience:** Minimum of 6 months’ experience using manual and electric tools on construction sites. * **Tools:** Technical proficiency with grinders, sanders, drills, and hand tools. * **Skills:** Skill in sanding, paint application, and general structural maintenance. * **Attitude:** Responsible, punctual individual willing to perform physical work at the plant. **WORKING CONDITIONS:** * **Contract:** Direct employment with the company \+ Statutory social benefits. * **Salary:** Current minimum legal wage \+ Transportation allowance. * **Plant Location:** VIA PINTURAS EVERY **WORK SCHEDULE:** * **Monday to Friday:** 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (including 1-hour lunch break and 30-minute breakfast break). * **Saturdays:** 7:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. (including 30-minute breakfast break).
