




A Foodservice Company is looking for a Commercial Manager, passionate about results, who wants to be part of the company's growth in its foodservice channel, leading new business development and generating strategies to strengthen commercial operations and expand the client portfolio. The main responsibilities of the commercial role are: \* Ensure strategic objectives are achieved in terms of sales targets and profitability. \* Manage public and private tender processes (SECOP, private platforms, etc.). \* Develop and present value-driven commercial proposals aligned with client needs and organizational guidelines. \* Manage customer experience by strengthening client relationships, as well as monitoring, controlling, and ensuring service fulfillment for new clients. \* Conduct benchmarking processes to identify best practices and improvement opportunities, aiming to increase efficiency and competitiveness, achieving stronger market positioning. \* Present management reports and performance indicators. \* Drive active prospecting plans and strategies to expand the B2B and B2C customer base. \* Ensure achievement of the company's sales budget. \* Develop strategies and plans for events that contribute to achieving commercial goals and brand positioning. The Commercial Manager must have a background in Marketing, Business Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields, along with a minimum of five years of verified experience in similar roles. Advanced proficiency in Office and technological tools is required, as well as strong negotiation skills, strategic planning, results orientation, business development, leadership, decision-making ability, assertive communication, and teamwork, among others.
