




We are looking for a Logistics and Planning Assistant with a focus on data handling for our operations area to support the management and control of operational and logistical information, primarily through sales data management and delivery confirmation. Main Functions: Generation and consolidation of sales and logistics performance reports in Excel. Input, verification, and updating of operational data in the system. Tracking and confirmation of delivery effectiveness to customers. Support in planning and controlling the operational scheduling of the area. Other administrative tasks and support to the planning department. Knowledge and Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic level required; intermediate level desirable). Ability to analyze and organize information. Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling. Desired Experience/Knowledge (highly valued): Knowledge and use of the SIGO system, including tasks such as: Downloading and analyzing warehouse sales reports. Confirming and tracking customer order deliveries. Working Conditions: Contract Type: Permanent. Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, completing 44 weekly working hours. Salary: $1.423500 + transportation allowance and statutory benefits. Additional Benefit (applies if displacement is required and candidate resides in Bogotá): Intermunicipal Transportation Allowance of $10.000 COP per day of effective attendance at the workplace.
