Advanced Oracle/Excel – Finance / Databases (Salesforce, Snowflake SQL, Power BI) Advanced English (C1) - Data Analysis and Interpretation: Use historical data to generate insights on past business performance, helping understand trends, patterns, and anomalies; track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), such as revenue, sales growth, customer acquisition, and others, to identify emerging trends. - Reporting and Visualization: Design and maintain interactive dashboards that provide real-time information and KPIs, enabling business leaders to monitor performance. - Manage revenues and costs in the corporate margin database. - Validate and ensure margin integrity by business line. - Build and maintain contribution margin, branch margin, and operating profit by account and business line. - Develop and continuously monitor changes in average trip fares and revenue per trip to inform pricing organization decisions. - Identify key trends in revenue movement at the customer level. - Support the department in all administrative functions. - All other duties and responsibilities inherent to the position, as directed by the immediate supervisor. - Decisions not covered within this scope of responsibility and authority must be consulted with the immediate supervisor. - Mandatory compliance with general safety regulations and the applicable Job Description Manual.
