




**Job Purpose** Ensure the proper receipt, storage, dispatch, and physical and documentary control of the company's goods and inventories, maintaining order, cleanliness, and safety in the warehouse. The Warehouse Keeper will be responsible for the following tasks, without being limited to them: * **Receiving and Verification:** Receive, inspect, and verify supplier goods against purchase orders and invoices, recording any discrepancies (shortages or damages). * **Storage and Organization:** Classify, code, and place goods in their designated locations, using efficient storage methods (FIFO, LIFO, etc.) and ensuring optimal space utilization. * **Inventory Control:** Perform scheduled cycle counts and periodic physical inventories. Identify and report inventory variances, actively participating in reconciliation. * **Dispatch and Distribution:** Prepare orders (picking and packing) according to dispatch orders, ensuring goods leave in optimal condition with required documentation. * **Documentation and Systems:** Keep inventory entry and exit records up to date in the system (e.g., ERP, WMS, Excel). Generate inventory movement reports when required. * **Equipment Handling:** Operate material handling equipment safely (forklifts, manual pallet jacks, if applicable and certified). * **Safety and Organization:** Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse, complying with occupational health and industrial safety standards (SGSST). **Requirements** * **Education:** Technical or Technologist degree in Logistics, Warehouse Management, or related fields. * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years of verified experience as a Warehouse Keeper and in inventory management. * **Knowledge:** Intermediate level in office software tools. * **Systems:** Experience using **ERP inventory systems** **SALARY: $1.800.000-$2.100.000** Job type: Full-time
