Basic high school graduates with mathematical and literacy skills. 6 months of experience in packaging, sealing, counting, shrink-wrapping, or machine operation in manufacturing companies. Salary: Minimum Legal Monthly Wage (SMLV) + benefits + transportation route + transportation subsidy + overtime and extras (where applicable). Schedule: Rotating 12-hour shifts, from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. or vice versa (working 4 days per week). Contract type: Temporary work contract. Main responsibility: Support in the production process.
