Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and responsible Maintenance Technician with experience in preventive and corrective maintenance, as well as local repairs, and skills in infrastructure and general maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Execution of preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities. 2. Local, electrical, and hydraulic repairs. 3. Support for minor construction works and maintenance of green areas. We are currently looking for a Maintenance Technician experienced in preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities, support for minor construction works, and local repairs. We seek a proactive, responsible individual with attention to detail and technical skills across various infrastructure and general maintenance areas. Preference will be given to candidates residing in Fontibón, Funza, Siberia, Cota, Mosquera, El Rosal, or Engativá. Main Responsibilities: Execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities on facilities. Perform minor local repairs on infrastructure, masonry, and finishes. Carry out interior and exterior painting work. Repair water leaks, replace faucets, and maintain hydraulic networks. Perform basic electrical maintenance and inspect installations. Support repairs of roofs, leaks, and basic structures. Complete final finishing touches on construction projects. Maintain gardens and green areas in optimal condition. Perform cleaning and maintenance of grease traps and sanitary units. Properly handle manual and electric tools. Support various operational tasks within the department as required. Carry out assigned work orders, ensuring quality and safety during execution. Requirements: High school diploma, Technical or Technological degree in local maintenance, electricity, construction, civil works, hydraulic systems, or related fields. Minimum 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in local maintenance, construction, civil works, or general maintenance. Valid high-altitude work training certificate (preferred). Manual dexterity, organizational skills, and attention to detail. Positive attitude, teamwork orientation, commitment, and sense of responsibility. We Offer: Direct indefinite-term employment contract with the company. Salary: COP $2,800,000 to COP $3,000,000 + statutory benefits. Working Hours: Monday to Saturday.
