We are looking for our team: Psychotherapist – Addiction Treatment Your mission will be to accompany, contain, and guide individuals undergoing addiction recovery within our residential treatment facility. You will be a key member of an interdisciplinary team committed to delivering comprehensive care, safeguarding patients’ emotional and physical health—even during the most critical moments. · Licensed Psychologist. · Minimum 3 years of experience in addiction treatment, preferably in residential settings, treatment facilities, and/or therapeutic communities · Knowledge of therapeutic intervention, relapse prevention, and crisis management · Skills in assertive communication, emotional containment, and boundary management · Ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary team and accurately document clinical processes If you are passionate about service and committed to supporting individuals’ recovery through meaning and purpose, we want to meet you.
