




**We’re looking for you!** **RECRUITER** At **Anker Logistics & Cargo**, we are seeking a person passionate about human talent, proactive and strategically oriented, who wishes to contribute to the growth of our organization—preferably a psychology professional. **Your mission will be:** To identify, attract, and select the best talent for the company’s various departments, leading the end-to-end recruitment process and strengthening our talent attraction and retention strategy. Additionally, provide support to the Human Management department in corporate processes related to retention, training, and employee development. **Key responsibilities:** * Post job openings, conduct candidate screening, interviews, and candidate follow-up * Maintain consistent communication with candidates and internal leaders * Prepare reports and documentation for the selection process * Propose ideas that contribute to continuous improvement of the recruitment process * Provide support to the Human Management department in corporate processes related to retention, training, and employee development **Requirements:** ✔ Minimum **2 years of experience** in recruitment processes ✔ Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills ✔ Results-oriented mindset and ability to work effectively in teams **Salary:** To be agreed upon **Location:** Bogotá D.C., Normandía, second sector.
