May use heavy machinery to complete tasks. Also performs other assigned duties. **Responsibilities:** * Receive, inspect, and store incoming products. * Process returns, count and confirm quantities, determine condition, and complete required documentation. * Pick orders and select products from correct locations. * Verify accuracy of picked orders. * Safely prepare and package products. * Coordinate shipment pickups, contact carriers, and schedule appointments. * Handle products and perform tasks according to customer procedures and government/regulatory compliance requirements. * Palletize boxes, wrap, and load pallets onto trailers. * Create shipping labels and other documentation for packages to maintain accurate shipping data in the warehouse management system. * Operate various electric or powered equipment safely. * Respond promptly to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and report service incidents to supervisor. **Qualifications:** * High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent. * Warehouse experience — **preferred**. * Forklift experience — **preferred** * Monday to Saturday 44 hours per week according to operational needs (day shift) **Employee Type:** Permanent UPS is committed to providing a workplace free of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.
