




In this role, the production operator will be responsible for supporting manufacturing activities by performing operational tasks in product manufacturing, following manufacturing standards and adhering to safety, quality, productivity, service, and good manufacturing practices guidelines. Requires safety and protective equipment depending on the work area. The employee must frequently lift/move up to 55 pounds. While performing duties, the employee is exposed to conditions involving dust and fumes. **Responsibilities*** Assists in weighing ingredients to meet recipe specifications, ensures correct ingredients are delivered to the work area. * Trains in machinery operations for mixing, extruding/unloading, or handling materials according to operating procedures. * Inspects materials visually or physically to ensure compliance with established standards. * Performs all required machine cleaning. * Participates in training processes and methods for recycling and continuous improvement. * Follows and complies with all safety and work regulations. * Maintains departmental cleanliness standards. * Assists in meeting the PTB assigned to each product as a service indicator. * Receives and hands over shift clearly, reporting status of assigned processes
