Job Summary: We are seeking experienced forklift operators to perform loading and unloading, material handling, and internal transportation within the plant. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operate combustion or electric forklifts in industrial environments 2. Ensure the technical stacking of pallets, bales, and big bags 3. Transport waste and materials between different areas of the plant We are looking for Forklift Operators Requirements to Apply: Completed high school education. Certification: Valid forklift operator training course (Mandatory). Experience: 6 months to 1 year operating combustion or electric forklifts in industrial or logistics environments. Transportation: Must have personal motorcycle; the company does not provide shuttle services. Availability: Full availability to work rotating shifts from Sunday to Sunday. Responsibilities: Perform loading and unloading of authorized vehicles following instructions from the immediate supervisor. Ensure the technical stacking of pallets, bales, and big bags to prevent collapse or damage to materials. Carry out internal transportation of waste and materials between different areas of the plant. Operate the forklift strictly adhering to load limits and supporting material compaction processes. Working Conditions: Salary: $1,850,000 + Legal transportation allowance + Statutory overtime payments + Statutory benefits. Work Schedule: Sunday to Sunday, rotating 8-hour shifts (6 a.m.–2 p.m. / 2 p.m.–10 p.m. / 10 p.m.–6 a.m.). The company does not provide shuttle services; having personal transportation is mandatory.
